What would people be surprised about if they learned this about you?

I was supposed to major in Aerospace engineering, designing satellites and missiles. 

What attracted you to working at Keyrus?

Flat hierarchy, transparent communication, dynamic and open minds, collaboration on a global basis and flexible working style. 

What's your favorite project at Keyrus?

My favorite project was digitalizing end-to-end supply chain planning for a prominent catering brand in Asia using Anaplan. The solution we designed covers almost every aspect of our customer’s central supply chain and indeed helped the planning team by saving them from daily manual work for more efficient and accurate planning. We gained the trust from the client.

On the other hand, the business team we collaborated with demonstrated high level of intelligence and professionalism, making this collaboration even more productive and enjoyable journey. It was also my very first time to lead an end-to-end complex, big-scale supply chain transformation project which developed me into a more seasoned supply chain professional as well as a consulting lead. 

What tools do you love working with?

Lucid chart! I am very process / mind map driven and would always love to draw out the flows to aid the analysis and understanding. 

What's the most important thing you've learned during your time at Keyrus?

At Keyrus, I've been able to grow not just technically, but strategically which is a huge differentiating step from my prior roles. The exposure to an expanded roles and responsibilities (presales, account management, GTM, managerial etc.) has expanded my professional skills domain and also trained me for leadership position.

What are you most proud of at Keyrus?

It is really the people who, cohesively, formed a friendly, open and cozy working environment. 

What would you say to your new colleague who just started at Keyrus?

The level of global collaboration how teams across regions share their assets and knowledge and even on project deliveries. 

What does your typical day look like at Keyrus?

Open, transparent, friendly, young and having fun! 

What would your dream project at Keyrus be?

I would say it should be something like how we delivered at our leading food and beverage caterer customer. Expertise and professionalism from both parties, mutual trust and close collaboration, transparent communication and shared goals for the projects. 

People would be surprised if they knew what about Keyrus?

The boutique-ness in specializing digitalization covering end-end data, EPM and reporting tools. 

What has been your career journey?
