Meet Josefina Petri!

We want to share with you why Keyrus is such a great place to work! Please allow us to introduce Josefina Petri from our Argentina office!
Where are you from?
Argentina
My anthem song:
Inoportuna by Jorge Drexler
Hobby/Passion:
Travel planning is something I truly enjoy, whether or not the trips actually take place.
People would be surprised if they knew this about me?
That I'm a real foodie and I'm always the one in charge of picking the restaurants to visit.
What attracted you to working at Keyrus?
When I received the offer from Keyrus, I immediately reached out to colleagues who had worked with me at a previous company. All of them said the same thing: 'You have to join us.' For me, workplace well-being is essential, growing and developing in an environment that feels safe and where you feel comfortable is a top priority. So when I heard that my colleagues felt this way about the company, I didn't hesitate. Two years later, I'm truly happy and grateful to have made that decision.

What's your favorite project at Keyrus?
I've been fortunate to truly enjoy every project I've worked on, thanks to the great teams I've been part of, the challenging and interesting initiatives, and the constant opportunity to learn something new. Among them, working for our client; a Latin American e-commerce platform stands out as a very special experience. I haven't worked on just one project with them, but on several, and it's been a true source of pride to see how they continue to grow in Anaplan and expand their developments. It's incredibly rewarding to see our work in action at such an innovative and fast-growing company, one that also happens to be Argentine, just like me.
On the other hand, implementing Anaplan for one of the largest social media platforms in the world will always have a place in my heart, as it gave me the opportunity to travel twice to the United States, allowing me to combine my passion for traveling and discovering new places with a job I genuinely enjoy.

What tools do you love working with?
For several years now, the tool I use and train with on a daily basis is Anaplan. It's a constantly evolving and challenging platform, where new best practices and functionalities are introduced frequently. What I enjoy the most is that it truly makes me think, every new requirement pushes me out of my comfort zone and keeps me growing.
What's the most important thing you've learned during your time at Keyrus?
Keyrus has been instrumental in my professional growth by giving me the space to act, take ownership, and lead. What I value most is that my ideas and perspectives are not only heard but genuinely appreciated. This freedom and trust have allowed me to develop both as a consultant and as a leader, while strengthening my ability to mentor others, guide projects, and make decisions with impact.
Describe Keyrus in three words?
Innovative, Supportive, Inspiring
What are you most proud of at Keyrus?
I stay at Keyrus because I feel valued, supported, challenged, and inspired every day. What excites me the most is that no two days are ever the same, each one brings a new challenge, a new opportunity, or a new difficulty that pushes me to grow and step outside of my comfort zone.
What would you say to your new colleague who just started at Keyrus?
I came from a multinational company, very structured and highly bureaucratic. So when I joined Keyrus, I initially thought that, being a smaller organization, it might lack structure or be somewhat disorganized. To my surprise, it was quite the opposite: Keyrus has clearly defined processes, structure, and action plans, but without the rigidity of bureaucracy where everything must be done in just one way. It's the perfect balance, an organization that is orderly, organized, and aligned, while still giving us freedom of action and autonomy in how we manage our work.
What does your typical day look like at Keyrus?
Collaboration first, we work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other. Trust & freedom, clear structure with the autonomy to act, lead, and innovate. Continuous learning, surrounded by talented colleagues who inspire growth every day. Human warmth, a culture where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely heard.
My dream project at Keyrus would be:
As for my 'ideal project,' it's less about a specific industry and more about the people and the experience. I imagine a project that challenges me intellectually, keeps me thinking, and pushes me beyond what I already know. But most importantly, one where I'm surrounded by good, intelligent people, colleagues who not only teach me new things, but also make the day-to-day lighter, better, and more inspiring. At the end of the day, what makes projects truly meaningful is the human side: being with people who push you to develop yourself while making the journey enjoyable.
People would be surprised if they knew this about Keyrus?
If I had to describe Keyrus to a friend in the industry, I would say it's a company where people genuinely come first. I always speak highly of Keyrus because I truly admire its values, the way the company treats its people, and how much they make me feel valued. What also motivates me is being surrounded by colleagues with an incredible level of knowledge. I'm constantly learning from them, and that pushes me to grow. On top of that, the projects are exciting and diverse, making the work both challenging and inspiring. For me, that's the perfect combination: an environment where I feel valued, supported, and proud of the work I do.

What has been your career journey?
I hold degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. My professional path began back in 2019, at the age of 22, when I joined a major auditing firm as an auditor. I spent two years there, gaining valuable experience, but most importantly, I discovered what I did not enjoy: traditional, rigid accounting work.
That realization pushed me to search for alternatives where I could combine my financial and analytical skills with my interpersonal strengths, in a more dynamic environment. After another brief experience in the world of accounting, I was introduced to Anaplan, and it was exactly what I had been imagining. The platform allowed me to leverage my financial and analytical background through its technical side, while also embracing the consulting role, which makes full use of my interpersonal and client-facing abilities. On top of that, it opened the door to learning constantly from new industries and businesses, further enriching my professional profile.
After working with Anaplan for two years at another consultancy, Keyrus entered the picture in 2023, and elevated my entire experience. Beyond the diversity and complexity of the projects I work on here, what truly sets Keyrus apart is the human warmth and the leadership style. I feel valued, supported, and empowered; my contributions are not only heard but also genuinely welcomed and impactful.
What are your WFH must-haves?
Coffee and mate, because I'm a true Argentine, and they're essential to start the day. And extremely important music or a good playlist.
A peak behind-the-scenes
Even though I'm a numbers nerd, I also have a very girly side. I'm a big fan of specialty coffee, romantic movies, and spending quality time with friends. I'm also passionate about skincare and makeup, and lately, I've become a true Pilates girl, the one who happily wakes up at 7 AM for a Cadillac class.
