Rosario, Argentina
Your anthem song?

Do you have any hobbies or passions outside work?
I'm passionate about anything that involves sports or physical activity. Currently, I practice and compete in beach tennis, a sport that I've really grown to love for its fast pace and fun atmosphere. In the past, I've also played tennis and golf, which helped me develop coordination, focus, and a competitive mindset. Staying active and being part of a sports community is something that really motivates me and brings balance to my life.
People would be surprised if they knew this about you?
hat I'm a professional Beach Tennis player!

What attracted you to working at Keyrus?
What first attracted me to Keyrus was the competitive salary, which I saw as a clear sign of the company's appreciation and respect for its employees. It also gave me a sense of stability and confidence. On top of that, knowing that my friend Jofi was already working at the company was incredibly motivating and reassuring. It made the decision to join even easier.
What's your favorite project at Keyrus?
I don't have a single favorite project, but if I had to choose one, I'd say it was the project with a global sustainable development firm based in the US. It was the first Anaplan support project I worked on after joining Keyrus, and it was a real challenge. At the time, I had only four months of experience, and I had to, as we say in Argentina, 'step up to the plate' and take ownership of a project that had several issues both technical problems and difficulties with coordination and communication with the client.
What made it so rewarding was being part of all the positive changes that were made throughout the project. I had the opportunity to contribute directly to turning things around, and the client was genuinely pleased with both my work and the way I engaged with them. They expressed their appreciation multiple times, which was incredibly meaningful to me. It validated all the effort I put in to make sure things went well.
What tools do you love working with?
The first tool I truly fell in love with was Excel. Through it, I discovered how much I enjoy finding ways to solve reports, analyze data, and structure information effectively. It made me realize how much I'm drawn to logic and problem-solving. Later on, my friend Jofi, who also works at Keyrus, introduced me to the world of Anaplan, which I like to describe as Excel on steroids. Since then, I've become a complete Anaplan geek!
Your dream project at Keyrus would be?
This might sound like something out of a fairy tale, but honestly, my dream project at Keyrus would simply be working with a team that is kind, collaborative, and professional, and I'm already lucky enough to be part of such a team! So I truly couldn't ask for more.
The only thing I would love in the short term is to be part of an implementation project, as I haven't had the opportunity to experience one yet.
What's been your career journey?
I graduated at 22 with a degree in Business Administration in Argentina. While I was still studying, I started working at a company that produces sausage casings and offal quite unrelated to what I do now! I began in the Sales department and eventually moved into International Sales.
Although the industry was completely different, I learned a great deal. It was a small family-owned business with no existing monthly reports nothing on sales, expenses, logistics, receivables, or payables. So in addition to my sales role, I took the initiative to develop several Excel spreadsheets to track and report these key metrics monthly. These tools became the company's first source of structured reporting, and it was a very positive and rewarding experience to contribute in that way.
After that, I took a one-year break to open a beach tennis school (random, I know!), though I always knew it would be temporary. My passion lies in what I studied.
Soon after, I joined another consulting company, where I was introduced to Anaplan. I was there for just six months before joining Keyrus and I've now been working here for a year and a half!
What's your area of expertise?
I would say my area of expertise is Anaplan support projects. Although my experience with Anaplan is still relatively recent, it has been fully focused on this type of project. I've developed strong skills in troubleshooting and bug resolution, and I consider myself highly effective when it comes to identifying issues and implementing solutions efficiently.

What's one thing about Keyrus that surprised you after joining?
What surprised me the most when I joined Keyrus was... everything. I truly believed I had a great team at my previous company and felt comfortable there, but it only took a short time at Keyrus to realize how different and better the work environment can be.

There are not only highly skilled professionals here, but more importantly, truly great colleagues. With the teams in Argentina and Colombia, we've built a strong and genuine bond, and we all get along incredibly well.

Another thing that stood out to me is the caliber of the clients. Most of them are large, globally recognized companies, which gives us an incredible opportunity to learn and grow by working with them.
Keyrus also offers clear opportunities for growth, constant support, and a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest tools, trainings, and technologies. It's a company that invests in its people and their development.
How would you describe Keyrus to a friend in the industry?
As I mentioned before, what truly sets Keyrus apart from other companies is the professionalism of its people, the strong sense of teamwork, and the positive, collaborative work environment. It's also a company that is fully committed to staying at the forefront, always up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.
How has Keyrus helped you grow professionally?
Keyrus has played a key role in my professional growth. I've learned so much about Anaplan thanks to the guidance and support of my project leads, and I've also had the opportunity to train in related tools and extensions. One of the most meaningful milestones for me was being trusted to join the YouTube project, a high-impact initiative that comes with great responsibility and commitment.
Why do you stay at Keyrus?
I choose to stay at Keyrus because of the people and the daily challenges that keep me engaged. Every day brings something new, whether it's solving complex issues or working on fresh implementations, and that constant learning is what motivates me the most.
