As a Workday Adaptive Administrator at Keyrus, you are responsible for the administration, development, and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration with Oracle. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will collaborate with business partners to optimize system usability, adoption, and reporting effectiveness.

Responsibilities of the Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator include:
System Administration & Development
Maintain and enhance Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, integrations, and user access.
Configure and implement system changes to meet evolving business needs.
Manage upgrades and new feature deployments from Workday.
Ensure data integrity through version control, calculated account maintenance, and metadata mapping.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Workday or third-party consultants for resolution.
Integration & Collaboration
Manage data integrations with Oracle, and other systems.
Liaise between finance, controllership, and technical teams to translate business requirements into system functionality.
Support on-going budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling.
Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and input sheets for business stakeholders.
Support complex reporting needs, including P&L analysis, margin, operating expense, and headcount forecasting.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics support to FP&A.
Training & Documentation
Conduct training sessions and demos for internal users.
Document system functions, processes, and best practices.
Act as lead trainer and subject matter expert on Adaptive tools and features.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial systems and processes.
Participate in agile development and brainstorming sessions to enhance system capabilities.
Attend trainings and conferences to stay current with Adaptive Planning advancements.
Required Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related technical field.
7+ years of systems management experience, including 3+ years with full Workday Adaptive Planning, especially with integration. Healthcare experience a plus.
Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial reporting.
Experience working in a Workday platform environment (with HCM and/or Financials), good understanding of Workday’s architecture.
Proficiency in system testing and debugging techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with technical and business resources.
Ability to interact with internal clients, assess business challenges, and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems.
Ability to handle confidential data with accuracy and discretion.
Fluent in English.
Desired Attributes
Healthcare experience a plus.
Interest or willingness to work in an international environment or as part of a distributed team.
Prior experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning.
Prior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator) and knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems – SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS.
Fluent in Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
