Anaplan Support Analyst

Keyrus is seeking a proactive and experienced Anaplan Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting business-critical systems, and working directly with clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work with clients across industries, acting as a key resource for both technical troubleshooting and functional advisory on Anaplan.
1. Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Certified in Anaplan Level 2 Model Building
- 2–4 years of experience in a support role for SaaS or enterprise platforms, ideally in a managed services or client-facing environment
- Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan in a production environment
- Strong communication, client engagement, and relationship management skills
- Analytical and service-oriented, with solid troubleshooting ability
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog is a plus
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and providing platform support in structured environments
2. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Anaplan Level 3 Model Building certification
- Exposure to ITIL-aligned support models and frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience using ITSM tools such as (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, BMC Remedy)
- Familiarity with scripting, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect)
- Background supporting business domains such as finance, supply chain, or workforce planning
3. What You Will Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to Anaplan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance supported Anaplan models, including minor changes and updates.
- Manage the full support ticket lifecycle using internal tools and in accordance with SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and technical teams on escalated or complex issues.
- Deliver user training and help reinforce best practices across client teams.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation to support team efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior support analysts.
