What You’ll Do

· Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable Anaplan models across Finance (IFP), Workforce (WFP), Go-to-Market (GTM), and Supply Chain (SC).

· Leverage Polaris for high-volume, granular calculations and Optimizer for advanced scenario planning.

· Implement PlanIQ and AI-powered forecasting to enhance predictive accuracy and business agility.

· Design connected data architectures linking Anaplan with ERP, CRM, HCM, and BI platforms.

· Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into elegant, high-performance solutions.

· Coach and mentor Anaplan model builders, promoting best practices and sustainable design.

· Prototype AI-enabled use cases like predictive workforce planning and margin optimization.

What You Bring

· 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience.

· Proven success as a Solution Architect or Lead Model Builder.

· Expertise in Polaris Engine, Optimizer, PlanIQ, and AI forecasting tools.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, data hub design, and integrations.

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

· Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner Certification strongly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Bonus Skills

· Experience with AI features for Anaplan or external ML integrations.

· Familiarity with Hyperion, SAP BPC, TM1, or other EPM tools.

· SQL / Python knowledge or experience with SnapLogic, Informatica, Boomi.
