As part of our expansion in the Keyrus EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) department, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Keyrus Rwanda.

The Keyrus Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consulting division specializes in optimizing financial and operational processes to enhance decision-making and drive success. We offer services in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting, integrating advanced EPM solutions to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and increase agility. Whether implementing new EPM software or optimizing existing systems, our experts are global leaders in achieving excellence and innovation in performance management.

Required Attributes:

  • Familiarity with financial modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts.
  • You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn new technologies.

Desired Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, or a tech oriented field provides an added advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
  • Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and designing system interfaces.

Application Process:

The application is going to be split into 3 Main stages.

Stage 1: Preliminary Testing

  2. Do a basic excel test.
  3. Submit a video expressing your interest to join our team.

Stage 2: Advanced Testing

Stage 3: Interview
