BDR Internship – The Hague Netherlands (3–5 months) 

Location: On-site • Schedule: 3–5 days/week • Paid internship • Start date: 2nd of February 2026

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support market development and pipeline generation for our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution across Europe. 
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with target accounts, and supporting our commercial strategy alongside our consulting teams. 

This internship is ideal for someone who wants to build strong commercial foundations in a fast-growing, international consulting environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

•   Conduct market and competitive research across target industries.

•        Support outbound activities: LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, follow-up calls.

•        Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.

•        Analyse trends within priority sectors (Finance, Retail, Telecom, etc.).

•        Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor pipeline progression.

•        Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to understand service offerings and client challenges.

Required Skills & Profile 

•        Academic background in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

•        Strong communication skills and interest in engaging with new contacts.

•        Analytical mindset and interest in Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.

•        Fluent in English (Dutch or Spanish is a plus).

•        Curious, proactive, structured, and eager to learn.
