Keyrus EPM, part of the global Keyrus Group, is seeking a proactive, experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing North American team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-first environment and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves across a wide variety of HR responsibilities — from employee experience to payroll, onboarding, and office coordination.
At Keyrus EPM, we believe in the power of planning to drive real-world change. Our culture blends strategic thinking with genuine care — whether we’re advising clients or building an inclusive, collaborative workplace behind the scenes. This position plays a vital role in sustaining and enhancing that culture.
You’ll collaborate closely with our global and regional HR teams to support day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
- Manage HR systems and tools (e.g., onboarding platforms, payroll portals, performance systems).
- Coordinate and administer performance management cycles (mid-year reviews, promotion cycles, etc.).
- Track employee progress through performance frameworks and support performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
- Administer bi-weekly payroll, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Support employee benefits programs (e.g., health, retirement, wellness).
- Act as point of contact for all benefits-related queries and escalations.
- Maintain and update compensation tracking files and variable pay agreements.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding and exit processes.
- Draft and send offer letters in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees across regions (U.S., Canada, LATAM), including remote contractors.
- Handle equipment shipments and system access setup in partnership with IT.
Internal Culture & Events
- Organize and execute internal events, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
- Collaborate with the HR culture committee to implement inclusive, morale-boosting initiatives.
- Help shape and sustain a culture that supports engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
- Office & Facilities Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations in the Chicago office (e.g., supplies, deliveries, cleanliness).
- Coordinate equipment logistics for remote employees (e.g., laptops, onboarding kits).
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and work with corporate IT as needed.
Policy, Wellness & ESG
- Help implement HR and wellness best practices across the region.
- Draft and communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for ESG reporting and sustainability-related HR activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., TriNet, BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive employee data.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience managing HR in a multi-country or remote workforce context (especially U.S., Canada, or Latin America).
- Comfortable with basic payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated success leading employee events or cultural initiatives.
