About the Role
In order to take advantage of the significant opportunity in the market and accelerate our growth, Keyrus is looking for a talented Lead Account Executive to join our Anaplan practice in the CEE region. As an Account Executive you are the master of your own destiny, playing a leading role within the commercial team in the region. Together with our Marketing & Sales team you will be responsible for building up and prospecting your own pipeline, scheduling meetings and leading the follow-up process with consistency and discipline.
You will be in regular contact with executives of medium (>100 million EUR), to enterprise-level (>1bn EUR) companies, managing complex sales cycles with varying deal sizes consisting of both software license as well as services revenue.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop a long-term sustainable pipeline of new deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Vendor sales team and Keyrus colleagues.
- Ensure that the sales pipeline is up to date and provide timely and accurate forecasting.
- Take ownership of your target.
- Engage with prospects of new sales opportunities and lead sales arrangements.
- Participate in and organize networking events to build connections and generate pipeline
Your qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications. While meeting all criteria is ideal, we encourage you to apply even if you do not fulfill every requirement.
- 3+ years EPM / SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling into Commercial & Enterprise companies.
- Anaplan knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Polish. French and other languages is a plus.
- Consultative selling skills; customer oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Balanced decision making and ability to take initiative - Get Stuff Done.
- Ability to understand and navigate in a sophisticated sales/software environment.
- Consistent track record to meet and exceed a sales quota.
